It was a rainy weekend and what better way to spend the day, than being locked in for a couple of hours?

The Elevator
After an introduction from the host, we headed inside the elevator carrying books that need to be delivered.
Puzzles that give you clues for further puzzles and new types of locks are the premise for this one-room escape room. Around the end, the room became about fixing the issues in the elevator, which we realized pretty late in the day(!). The different and interesting puzzles kept us engaged throughout the 41 minutes we took to escape (out of the allotted 45 mins).
Although the puzzles did not connect to the premise, we still felt the need to solve them without dull moments and got out with smiles.

Review of The Golden Pheonix
We knew this room was connected to Harry Potter and was made by "The Room Labs". And that's exactly what it turned out to be. This room made us wizards who shouted spells to get things done, in an environment much like Hogwarts. The room felt very similar to the room- The Lost Treasure at "The Room", in terms of the decor, ambiance, and structure.
It was always clear what had to be done and we had a very smooth experience. There were moments of awe and challenges to keep us on our toes for well around an hour.
This is a 75-minute room and we got out in around 55 minutes.
